Top notch service I got while I stay! The receptionist and staff were so helpful and fast response through whatsapp with all I need. An old hotel but got all you need in Bali. Good job Best Western, absolutely will recommend to you.

I love the spacious room and also the big pool. Quite old building, but still gave a nice stay. It is recommended for family.

The room was old, the bathtub was so huge that it was so dangerous for going in and out. Hot water was working well, water pressure was okay. Not the type of hotel that will make me come back. I like modern styled hotels. This one was so old. Need some renovation and refreshment. Food (breakfast) was okay. Staff at the restaurant was attentive. Lots of choices for breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There was some fruit wrapped on a plate in the room. There is also coffee, tea, sugar, drinking water. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer. But unfortunately the AC needs maintenance, it keeps turning on and off, and the decorative lamp standing in the corner also doesn't turn on. Just stopping for transit before the next flight, so just rest for about 4 hours. Next time, if you go to Bali, you want to try staying here. Hehehe

The hotel is spacious, clean, close to culinary delights and can be walked to Discovery Mall and Kuta Beach in 15 minutes. Got a spacious room with a bathtub and a nice view of the pool. Thank you online agent and Best Western Resort Kuta Bali.

In 1 night I moved rooms 3x, only to find in the last room that the room was clean of dust and the SC was cold. When I first came to upgrade the room, I was already happy. Just right in. On the 3rd floor, the room smells of dust and is hot. Turn on the AC for 5 minutes, it's not strong. I was starting to be disappointed, for me who is allergic to dust, the room felt really uncomfortable. Ask for a change. We were given a room on the 2nd floor where the AC wasn't cold either. But not as hot as the first one. Dust can still be felt here and there. Try to survive and be ready to rest. But the heat and dust couldn't stand it, I asked to replace it again. After waiting, I finally got a room and as soon as I entered I felt the difference. Clean from dust and the AC is cold. Wow, 4 stars even though this is it. Luckily, the staff and technicians who were asked to help check the AC were friendly so I didn't get emotional.😆. Which is also a note. The bathroom is clean, flushing the toilet is not a problem but the jet shower toilet smells bad. It smells like a septic tank, hopefully it will attract attention in the future. In front of the hotel there are Alfamart, Indomaret and Circle K.

Kami mendapatkan upgrade kamar. Di lantai 1 No. 8. Kamar luas, besih, ada kursi tamu, ada teras dengan kursi. Di sediakan buah-buahan juga.

Lokasi strategis, deket Kuta, Jalan Raya Tuban, dan Bandara. Staf ramah dan responsif. Hotel bangunan lama, smart card sebagai power electric di kamar kurang berfungsi. Safe deposit box tidak berfungsi, sangat disayangkan untuk tamu yang bawa laptop/gadget. Terima kasih.
