The bed cover was dirty and stained. The hotel space was cramped. The mandatory 40,000 Rupiah per bag of amenities (containing 1 pair of sandals, 2 small toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes, 2 small soaps) was very overpriced. It should have been included in the hotel price, not an extra charge. The room and bathroom smelled musty when they were first opened. So, when the online booking price was 150 Rupiah, the total paid was 190 Rupiah (40,000 Rupiah paid at the hotel for amenities, which are mandatory).

Checked in, checked out less than an hour later.
The staff was unfriendly, the room was dirty and hot, and the AC was broken.
There's an additional fee, mandatory.

I ordered a FAMILY ROOM for 3 people, but 1 person was charged an ADDITIONAL MANDATORY fee of 40 thousand. There was no AC remote. Requesting hot water was charged an additional fee of 5 thousand. The bathroom water was very small. There was no hot water for bathing. The floor felt dusty. The room was very humid and smelly.

Not worthy of being called a hotel, the room atmosphere is like a haunted room (feels like a test of courage woyyy). There are many spider webs, inadequate facilities, torn pillow cases, broken door locks, some walls are damaged and the top looks like water seepage. The AC is not cold. Sorry I didn't think to take pictures of the room conditions, because during my time using Traveloka, this is the first time I've complained

1. Uncomfortable, scary place, not maintained
2. There is an additional fee for amenities even though all hotels do not require it, but unlike Best Sekip, it seems like you have to take that package

I swear I don't recommend this hotel, if the location is okay, it's not difficult to find a place to eat. If the service facilities are really bad.. I know me, want 5 stars 4 stars 3 stars, I was never asked to add money other than the deposit, this time I was asked to add money with the excuse of drinking water in the room and toiletries. Why is it not all included, the facilities are also not good, the mattress sags down, then the tunggit tunggit, full of dust, there is a toothbrush on the mattress. The AC is not cold either. Not recommended for me.
