Staying at this place is the right choice, located in the city center, easy access to the main road, the hotel environment is very quiet, the room atmosphere is comfortable, clean and spacious, complete facilities, friendly receptionists and fast service when checking in, I don't know about food because I ordered a room without breakfast, the place is recommended

Signature deluxe double room, 5th floor 1. Bathroom (already renovated), should be cleaner, with newly replaced ceramics but there are already many dirt spots, the bathroom door space is too narrow, maybe for obese people it will be difficult to enter, unfortunately there is no water tap for ablution, there is only a shower for bathing, in my opinion this is something that needs to be considered, if people want to ablution, do they use the sink or get wet in the shower? The most annoying thing is in the toilet closet of my room there is glass from broken glass or what I don't know, is the CS that careless? How could a glass as big as a gaban in the closet not be visible (I attached the photo), I called the reception CS and they came quite quickly & when I asked how come there was glass in the closet, the answer was maybe someone broke the glass (well I know that too, what do you mean it wasn't checked when cleaning the room before I checked in??) 2. For the hotel ⭐️ 4 carpets are no longer suitable for use, this small & dusty are still installed in the room??? Or if you can't replace it, maybe vacuum it or wash it first, this is too disgusting to be installed in the room 3. The sofa is dirty, disgusting, I'm allergic to dust and I immediately get bumps sitting there 4. Read reviews on Traveloka, they said everyone was friendly, but when checking in & checking out, no one smiled at all (bitchy) 5. The restaurant staff is friendly 6. Asking to check out at 12.30 is not allowed, max 12.15 7. The positive side is the large & clean swimming pool, there is a children's pool & adult pool, borrowing a mukena is delivered directly to the room and is in a clean condition in plastic 8. Cold drinks are available in the room refrigerator (Sprite, Guava, Teh Pucuk, Pocari) As a Jakarta person who just wants a staycation I am disappointed with this hotel & their service, Is "FRIENDLY" only for those who come in ties??

Bidakara Hotel will always be my favourite place to stay in Jakarta. All staffs are friendly and very helpful. Especially Miss Rani (receptionist), she is super polite and full of smiles.

The room is not soundproof enough, so if there are noisy neighbors you can hear them.

A few years ago before having a house around Jakarta, always choose this hotel when coming to Jakarta. Among all the hotels that have been tried, Bidakara is my and my children's favorite hotel because of its many advantages, besides the location, facilities and also the price is still affordable.
