I was stayed for 3 nights, actually the place 's is great but the aircon in our room wasn't working really well though it has been fixed by the technician and there 's a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Excellent, nice and good maintenance Hotel and park. Direct access to the beach. Nice pool. Good breakfast. The SPA is very good and the price is very good as well. Very recommended. I will back to stay at the bintang resort again.

The rooms and grounds were beautiful. The breakfast and service were excellent. The resort is near both Discovery and Lippo malls and within walking distance of Kuta beach and many restaurants. I recommend staying here for both business and leisure!

We checked in at 2.30, they said our room 's not ready, we need to wait for 30 minutes, we said OK we'll take a walk and come back, at 3.30 we went to front office our room still not ready, they ask us to wait another 30 mnts and only gave us free photo shot! At 4 I called them again and they said the room boy still working on our room, please wait another 30 mnts, 4.30 I went to our room to see the progress, they haven't done anything yet! The room still dark and messy! They said if I want to complain to the manager I need to go up, when I went up to front office they said the manager is busy! And they gave us deluxe room so we could get in our room straight away when we booked family room! We went out again, we came back at 7, we finally can get in but there 's still other people trash at the porch. They said the manager, Kurniawan will talk to us and give compensation for what happened to us, but until we check out he never contacted us, all services from staffs were really bad, they're not helpful at all, the food selections at breakfast was really limited. Really really big disappointment for 5 star hotel.

The room is clean, balcony view is garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is buffet, lots of food and variety, the taste just average, the swimming pool is clean and warm, the jaccuzi worked well, the bellboy and OB are helpful and polite, the receptionist when we arrive to check in, not handled us immediately, they make us wait and confused since they don't call us back, we the guests are the one who took the inisiative to ask once more about check in, we found mosquitoes in the room when we sleep, but they provided the electric vape for that, it ' s quite good experience but not really extraordinary.

The hotel is good. But unfortunately we found unpleasant moment when we found out the poolside chair can't be used easily and freely. When we want to use it, the guard said can't but when the western come and give tips, they can use. I know the hotel will not accept my complaint and say the chair is free and can be used. But that ' s we found on the spot. Hope this inlander mentality will not exist anymore in the future.
