Quite enjoyable, I booked during Eid H+3 and there was 1 room left on the 1st floor and right next to the reception with a smoking area. The advantages are that the room is quite comfortable and clean. There is a refrigerator, safe, a fairly large wardrobe and standard bathroom equipment and quite a lot of power outlets. The disadvantages are that the door to the smoking area has no lock, the towels are not very absorbent, there is no breakfast or restaurant inside.

what needs to be fixed is the problem of room cleanliness, dirty floors, sheets also seem to need to be replaced because the color is no longer white and there are many stains.
in terms of hotel facilities it is good but unfortunately it is not well maintained and not kept clean

All good, little. The pillow cover has CKLT stains. And the corners of the bathroom are a little less clean. You can see the beautiful view if you go up to the balcony on the floor. 3. Just a bit far from food vendors. Still want to stay here again because overall the rooms are comfortable.

The room is very spacious, so it's nice, there's a back balcony that's prepared and a big, clean refrigerator, but the sheets aren't the brightest color so they look a bit shabby, everything will be fine tomorrow, please. Float stay here again.

Bersih, bangunan baru, karyawan ramah, kamarnya ada kulkas besar 2 pintu atas bawah, TV bisa Netflix dan YouTube jadi anak bisa nonton YouTube, cuma sayang gak ada kamar yang fasilitas sarapan cuma ada enaknya ada dapur enak jadi kalau mau makan mie jadi gampang

The room smelled badly of cigarettes, the sheets and pillowcases were very wrinkled as if they hadn't been scrubbed. Hopefully they will be replaced every time a guest comes, so it raises suspicions that they won't be replaced if they look like that. Even though I have stayed here twice before, it seems like the quality has decreased, hopefully it can be improved again.

The rooms are very unkempt, lots of cigarette burns everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. The condition of the hotel is very different compared to when I stayed here 2 years ago.

I always spend the night at Bintang Guest House when I go to Lampung. Affordable prices are comparable to the rooms and facilities. For the guest house, so that the quality is maintained, it can even be further improved. Good luck for the future.
