Old hotel, but quite well maintained, spacious rooms with connecting doors, suitable for families. Cold AC. Clean rooms. Hot water is okay, but the shower is in poor condition. The sink drains poorly. Parking is limited; if the yard is full, parking is on the side of the road.

My experience staying at this hotel while Surabaya was in flames due to riots and arson. The hotel was very secure, with cars neatly parked. It was close to the park and the Koramil (Military Command) and was strategically located.

The hotel is fairly clean, though not particularly spacious. There's plenty of food for sale in front of the hotel, including a green area near Indomaret, making it easy to get around. The service is friendly and warm.
