At first I was a bit afraid of fomo and being fooled by reviews, when I arrived I was very satisfied with the hotel, because I came on the weekend so I couldn't choose another room type because it was fully booked, eh luckily I was given a free upgrade to a bathroom. So I was even more satisfied while staying here.

The water heater is not on, it is always cold. They said it will be on at 12 midnight but it is impossible to take a shower at that time, even though it is in a cold area.

great place to stay for family getaway. we stayed at the apartment room for a night. the bathroom was something else. surely will come back again.

Cannot early check in but minimum at 13.30 WIB - 14.00 WIB hopefully early check in can be done in the future.
First impression entering the room a / smell of wood with warm white lighting nuances.
Large bed and left and right tables that match iconic lots of storage space. Our favorite bathtub area is spacious and makes it an option for soaking in warm water.
Delicious food, whether ordering or breakfast in the morning all is good.
However, there are notes for our experience a / the air conditioner sounds a bit rough, a little less cold and the room aroma is not as fragrant as in the restaurant 😃

Fast check-in, easy hotel access. Only yesterday was less comfortable because it was a bit less clean. Overall ok. Especially the impromptu fried rice which was on point in terms of taste, portion and smoky, and the pasta sauce was delicious. Thank you. Please be more careful next time.

Not bad experience, but it wasn't the best as well. Breakfast variety is not much, but the ambiance is good. When I arrived, I found out my bed sheet is dirty and the pillows are smelly. They replaced them immediately. Overall OK for the price. Pool size is OK for kids. For adults, can't really swim as it is quite small.
