FIRST ACCESS, The road access to the Blue Orchid hotel is very narrow and the road is busy, located in the middle between the west coast and the east coast of Pangandaran, not recommended for families who stay with the elderly or children who plan to play on the beach because to rinse back to the hotel is quite far. SECOND, ROOM, We rented a president suite or the best room with the most expensive price in this hotel, which is 2.6 million, not including us there is an additional breakfast. The president suite type with that price is not recommended, the room is indeed clean, but the facilities are ordinary and there are no special or special services from this hotel. the same treatment as the standard room type. Drinks and snacks available in the room are paid. The rules are too strict, if the sheets are dirty, a fine will be imposed and others. So afraid to sleep, especially if you bring small children, so afraid of dirtying because you will be fined. Additional extra bed 150 thousand, not worthy to be called extra bed because it is not a mattress but a hard mattress. The room view is not good, facing a dense village, so there is no sensation of a comfortable stay. THIRD, FOOD, There is a voucher that is exchanged for afternoon snacks, we thought the snacks were decent. it turned out to be only fried food and tea, even then the provision was very little, with not many guests staying at the hotel, it was still lacking, some guests just stood because they didn't get any, and finally left, the refill was slow. If you want coffee you have to pay. The food in the restaurant is less varied with standard taste FOURTH, SWIMMING POOL, there is a small swimming pool, but it is dirty. Lots of sand. The shower room smells of pee, pee. FIFTH, HOTEL EMPLOYEE SERVICE. Now this is what is good in this hotel, the service of the employees is good and friendly, especially the security/parking attendant and the room service officer who serve very well. For the ORIGINAL GUEST ID card, the Receptionist will ask for and keep it. It will be returned upon check out. A 5-star hotel is enough to scan or photocopy the ID card. Maybe this hotel often loses things so I'm worried. That's the review based on the real experience of staying at this hotel.

Every time I go on holiday to Pangandaran, I definitely stay here, the kids don't want to go to other hotels, they say it's comfortable here... Everything is ok, only the wifi and TV broadcasts need to be improved... Thank you Blue Orchid.

Overall it's good.. but if there was a big mirror or a proper size to look in, it would be even better..

The staff are friendly. There is no soundproofing in the room. So you can hear what the next room is saying. The room is small but clean enough.

I checked in at 2 am and was tired from the trip, my child was hungry and tired and had no energy to go out to find food. I tried to order food so that it could be eaten in the room but unfortunately it was very difficult to contact the restaurant and I complained and ended up going out to eat at the Grand Palma Horizon. The hotel apologized and said they couldn't serve me because there was a birthday party. But I was also a guest and I wanted to rest in the room but had to go out because my child was hungry. The next night at 7 pm I tried to order again but it was still difficult and I couldn't contact the restaurant by phone so I had to go through the staff to make sure the food tasted good. It was very unfortunate that it was difficult to order so I didn't add breakfast and chose to have breakfast at another hotel which had faster service because I was hungry and waited without any response.

TV channels available in the room are very minimal, Wi-Fi does not reach the room. For other facilities are quite good.

Will come back here again, have been here several times. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and fragrant, the AC is cold. The best.

The staff is friendly, you can also get snacks in the afternoon and it is close to the beach.
