Cool and beautiful, highly recommended for those looking for a forest atmosphere but don't want to be in a tent.

Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The serene atmosphere made for a pleasant experience.

Strategically located, surrounded by pine forests. Access is very easy. The cabin staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also very well maintained. The cabin is very comfortable and there are no issues whatsoever. I really felt at home 👌🏻

This cabin stay was quite satisfying and gave me some of the best memories I’ve had in a long time. Even though the cabin itself seemed very small, the surrounding atmosphere made me forget for a moment that I’m just another corporate slave worker caught in the routine of life. It was a pleasant staycation experience overall, even if the food wasn’t particularly extraordinary. And during my stay, I could still hear distant live dangdut music echoing through the night. Another inconvenience was the limited hot water supply, which could be quite frustrating at times.

The atmosphere is addictive, making you want to stay longer, perfect for a staycation with your beloved family.

Room quite small for 2 pax single traveler with luggages. Limited to move around. No entertainment in the room, no TV. The bath tub don’t have time to try. But can put some cover on it, to avoid small insect getting inside the tub and the area for bath tub quite open, no privacy. Maybe need to put some screeding or curtain. Food also limited, but it's so flavorish. I love food here during my stay. The location also quite far to get here. Need to eat outside before come back to room or buy the packed food. Need to provide large mirror instead of using toilet’s mirror. Can put at the pantry there or at the wall. Hook to hang cloth also not adequate. Please add in some more. Beside comments above, overall i love so much the ambience, so calm to stay here. Keep improvise guys. Will surely come back here to bring whole family.

Fun, good, nice for relieving stress

The staff is very friendly and full of initiative, the place is cozy and relaxing, the weather is very cool, the atmosphere is quiet, the room facilities are great, the forest view is refreshing for the eyes, the taste of food and drinks is standard, in the future please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and check the automatic door lock.

I was initially skeptical of glamping-themed hotels like Bobocabin because I don't like small rooms and camping. After staying here for a night, it turned out to be quite pleasant, and I'm eager to return or try Bobocabin elsewhere. The ambiance and pine forest surroundings create a cool, fresh atmosphere. Although the Deluxe room isn't large, it's comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The bathroom is also clean and stocked with toiletries like a regular hotel. However, for me, the shower head is positioned too low, so you have to hold the shower head, not place it on the headrest. What really made me feel at home here was being able to bring my own BBQ equipment, allowing me to enjoy nature while cooking on the cabin terrace. They also provide food that you can order if you like. For me, the experience of cooking your own meals in the middle of a pine forest, coupled with the incredibly comfortable cabin, are big points for Bobocabin Cikole. Awesome! The staff is also friendly. At the parking lot entrance, they offered to help carry our luggage, as the cabins involved a short walk up a slight incline, and trolleys weren't available. It can be quite tiring if you're carrying a lot of heavy luggage. The staff were very helpful. Furthermore, the maintenance staff was responsive. When I complained via the Bobocabin app that the blur/clear function on the main cabin window wasn't working properly, they immediately checked the problem and quickly adjusted the window. There was a slight issue, however. Upon entering the parking lot, we were asked to pay an entrance fee of 45,000 rupiah for one car and two people. This struck me as a bit odd, as the hotel price didn't include the entrance fee, so we had to have cash ready to pay. Overall, my stay at Bobocabin Cikole was very positive, and the reasonable price makes me want to come back!
