The staff were very friendly. However, this cabin needs better cleaning procedures. I found some spider webs near the AC, and it felt a bit dusty. There were also lots of flies. The hotel should place some portable insect killers outside the cabin and inside the room, instead of spraying the outdoor area with chemicals — the flies still come back after a while. The hot tub was nice, and the hot water worked well. I ordered the night hotpot — it was enough for two people and definitely worth trying. In the morning, I ordered nasi goreng, and I have to say it was pretty decent, nothing special. Overall, I’m satisfied with our stay and the forest experience with the toddlers, but I do hope they make some improvements in cleanliness and in controlling the flies.

The natural atmosphere is very beautiful, the sound of birds in the morning... the message with the hot tub is the most correct, a different sensation of enjoying nature.

I can't give it five stars because I'm lacking in just two things.
1. There was a frog in the bathroom... and the follow-up was slow. I reported it in the afternoon but it wasn't secured. I reported it again that night and it was only taken care of.
2. One of the bidets in the shared toilet with men wasn't working.

The atmosphere is like having a house on a pine forest hill, the air is fresh and beautiful, only the room is not soundproof, and the lights are faulty and cannot be turned off, but the service is fast response and immediately fixed.

I booked 7 standard rooms with shared bathrooms. The problem was that there was only one bathroom for men and women, so we had to fight over who could shower. There are 10 shared bathrooms in total.
And the worst part was, the water heater was electric, so once it ran out, it took a long time to get hot.
Then the next day, for breakfast, we were only told to choose between chicken noodles or mac and cheese, which was also mediocre.

The place is cool, tall, green pine trees as far as the eye can see. It's highly recommended to relieve stress from routine. It's best to book an en suite bathroom because the cold weather makes you want to pee constantly at night.
Overall, the kids wanted to stay longer, but they have to go back to work tomorrow. The Bobo Cabin staff are friendly and ready to help.

The pine forest vibes make you feel comfortable and calm. Unfortunately, the food is overpriced, not in accordance with the quality of the food served. For example, 1 BBQ package costs 130 thousand for 250 grams of beef without any condiments such as vegetables or anything. Only meat and grilling tools. Even though people don't buy just 1 package. Even white rice costs 15 thousand. The breakfast is also not proper. 65 thousand is only a small portion of mac and cheese without any protein, really macaroni and cheese. Please bobocabin improve the quality of its food. It's okay to set a high price but the quality must be okay.
