The staff were very friendly, helping with the check-in process and helping load luggage until it was delivered to the room :) I got a room on the same floor as the pool and gym, the restaurant food menu was all good from appetizers, main courses to desserts, all the facilities were clean and comfortable for my first experience and short stay, I was very happy :)) ♡

1. Replace the yellowish Bath towels.
2. Levelling the shower floor to allow it to completely dry.

All the staff are friendly and provide good service. Mr. Bagus and Ms. Aisyah, the receptionist, are very nice. Mr. Rudi, the bar/lounge department, provides excellent service.

Thank God, the hotel is nice. I booked 2 rooms. The AC wasn't cold for a while, but it was immediately addressed and we were given a room upgrade. The staff are friendly. The sheets in my room just smelled a bit musty. The food has a lot of choices and is delicious. I'll choose Braling again next time I go to Purbalingga, but don't raise the price. 😁
