My first time staying at this hotel but I really enjoy the services, the hospitality, the facilities and also the food. (the photo of the room doesn't exist and it's tight in the photo, I made a video but can't upload it here). My message is only 1. The phone number cannot be reached. I panicked because I came to check in quite late at around 9 pm. Worried about my room being transferred or changed. But it turned out not thank God. Okay, then the receptionist, then the security guard until the cleaners and housekeepers are all friendly. And I'm a bit critical when it comes to food but the food is so good, delicious. I use the room services facility to order food and the food is also delicious. On the 2nd day of my stay, the housekeep changed the bed linen and all utilities in the bathroom and others in a friendly manner. I stayed 3 days 2 nights but didn't feel like it. I want to extend tomorrow when I go to work. Definetely comeback! Promise!

Now the security is friendly, not like yesterday, anyway, this is the best hotel, but how come the variety of food has decreased, is it because of Eid? Same with the sink in room 503 it's hard to get clogged.

Fun for children, clean, friendly staff. The location is close to the mall too so you can go to the mall while walking. Facilities are complete. For Cikarang residents like us, the location is really close. It could be a holiday destination for children.

The location of the hotel is easy to find even though it is in a residential complex. The hotel staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. 2 room keys are given for each room, cold ac and full breakfast. Unfortunately, the sheets in the room were found to have some stains and a lot of hair under the sheets

The hotel is close to a mini market, the food is delicious, check in and check out is fast. Only the blankets and pillowcases are not clean like there are stains, and there are torn pillowcases. I think it needs to be replaced if it's not worth it.
