The room I booked (deluxe) was spacious and clean. Unfortunately when had breakfast and ordered omlette was super slow. Also during check out process.

The moment we entered the room, it was very smelly! It was shocking how they would rent a room like that. When I told them about the smell, they did not seem to care or offer any solution. The AC in another room we rented for our parents was not working so it was very hot inside. The visit was very disappointing due to the conditions of the rooms. Staff were okay, food also okay.

Location is strategic, view is nice, service is good, price is worth it, hotel is clean, room is clean. But just. Towels and linen are too old and dirty, they need to be renewed.

Stay at Bromo park hotel only for transit while we were on road trip to Bali. From my experinced, bromo park is the best hotel to stay at Probolinggo. The room was clean, check in was smooth (we checked in at 11PM), the breakfast also quiet good and have a lot of different types of food.
