don't stay at this agent. the room is very very uncomfortable.. you can see the balcony lights, the room lights have no bulbs, the AC is dead, I complained from the first time I came in at 4 pm, they only responded at 10 pm. when I complained, they didn't give a solution but instead defended themselves. I wanted to rest but my child cried because the AC was dead. be careful with this agent.

The AC is already on 16 but it's still hot, it seems like the placement is wrong or something: (so we sleep upside down from the one provided, we get hot and then sleep so it's a bit less restful: "Overall everything is okay.

I swear I'm really disappointed to be honest. 🥺 Come and go, the room hasn't been cleaned yet. Waiting in the lobby for a very long time, it wasn't clear which tower it was and it turned out that this individual swore he'd given up on staying in an apartment like this. Yes, even though the edges were cleaned up, I swear I was disappointed only to have it cleaned up. When I arrived I could only cry uncontrollably because I was really tired and wanted to rest. You have to see a view like this. Hopefully in the future he can be better and care more about the rooms he wants to rent. It's a pity that people who have come from far away hoping to be able to immediately lie down and rest instead see an unattractive view in the room, aka it hasn't been cleaned yet. The floor was sticky, the sheets were dirty with spots, some of the lights didn't turn on, so the room was dim, the door handle also looked like it was about to come off. The owner is also rather difficult to contact. There is only 1 room with air conditioning, the AC also doesn't have a remote, forced to turn it on using a cellphone. Another room has an exhaust fan, but it can't be turned on. There are cockroaches in the room too. Anyway, no longer staying at Sentul Tower B1 no 11.

It sucks, the empty aqua on the stove doesn't exist. When I entered the smell of cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty, I paid via Traveloka. When contacted asking to provide aqua, he said it had been a long time since the 1st floor room number 11 had not been sent aqua. Pokonya very disappointing. Loss with the price last night 600k.

The room looks clean but the sheets have been replaced. The trash cans were not thrown away from the previous person. Then the kitchen and cooking utensils are incomplete so you have to buy more. To make matters worse, the electricity token runs out at 5 am to 9 am and the electricity returns. The token should be filled in first, so it's not difficult and doesn't complain at dawn.

1. Upon check-in at the security in tower A was impolite, very rude. (the way he speak was with high tones) at 8pm 2. When entering the room. I found lots of garbage which was not thrown 3. Bathroom was dirty . Bad smells 4. No bath towels, bathmat was wet 5. We found spiderwebs in the room 6. Blanket too small.. Notes: kindly advice to the security to be more friendly and helpful. Not showing their attitude to the guests. Especially for the guest who visited sentul tower for very first time. The cleanliness can be improved. But attitudes couldn’t. Thanks

The staff was difficult to contact when checking in on the phone many times were not picked up, finally I did not stay overnight because I waited a long time for answers and there was no certainty because it was difficult to be contacted by any key collection place where it was better not to stay overnight.
