I can't ask for more. This hostel is placed near Bandung old town core yet very quiet at the night.
I had an excellent experience here so I ended up extending my stay here. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are spotlessly clean. I can even borrow bicycle and washing machine here. Plus, I had lots of interesting conversation with nice people around the world. Definitely will come back. :)

I really enjoyed my trip to Bandung, moreover the accommodations provided by Buton Backpacker Lodge were very comfortable. In addition to the very friendly price in the pocket of backpackers, Buton Lodge is also very strategic towards the landmarks of Bandung. Just a few minutes go to Gedung Sate and we can borrow an inn's bicycle if you want. In addition, the breakfast provided is very satisfying. There are fried rice, bread, milk and cereal. I stayed in a special room for women and each bed provided a curtain as a bed cover if we were uncomfortable with other people. Chargers and lockers are also available respectively. There is also a prayer room that is provided complete with prayer equipment. Although the title is backpacker, we don't need to worry about towels or soap, because it's already provided. Recommended!

A comfortable place to stay, a warm atmosphere like at home, friendly service, many photo spots, cool. Its place in the city center, access to various other places is easy. Nice to stay a long time in Buton, hopefully I can go to Bandung and stay there again.

A very pleasant experience. It's not wrong to be the best recommended hotel in BDD. From welcoming to the end the service is very friendly, kind, and very helpful for information needs. We can gather / have breakfast / dinner with other visitors as if we were at home. And especially the location is very strategic.

The place is perfect for young people.
It's in the city center. Safe! Near a famous souvenir center, there are food stalls nearby. Close to Alfa/Indomaret.
Wi-Fi 👍
The bathroom is cleaned daily. There's hot water. Tissues are constantly refilled.
There's a sink, drinking water, and a shared refrigerator.
Large, clean towels are provided.
On the day of check-in, for some reason, there were small red ants on the bed, but after cleaning them myself, they disappeared (they didn't reappear).
The room has a window and a soft bed.
In the bathroom, the water pressure is a bit weak, so it takes time to refill the toilet. An exhaust fan (if possible) is needed because the air circulation is a bit poor.
For shoe storage, it's best to have a lock, although I know there's someone guarding it at night.
Next time, I'll try a room with a private bathroom 😊

I stayed for 5 nights, the hostel has very friendly people. The spaces got cleaned every day and were super nice for a hostel. I was a bit confused how breakfast/dinner worked in the beginning and when/how much i needed to pay for clothing washing. Not everyone their English was that good but with asking questions i understood how everything worked. The location is super handy and i met a lot of other travelers. The common space doesn’t have really comfortable couches to lounge on for a long time but it’s nice to eat your meals or just sit for a little bit. The prices are amazing, they are really fair.

The room was comfortable. It was my first time checking in at a smart capsule, although I was a bit nervous about climbing the stairs at first because I was at the top. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the capsule room, but so far so good.

Clean bedroom, comfortable bathroom, calm public room, very comfortable, and homey kitchen. Checking in at night when the air is cold is very comfortable. It's just that the ambient light in the capsule doesn't seem to be on.

The location is close to Bandung Station and the Kartika Sari souvenir shop. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel. The bed and lounge area are very comfortable. I'm quite tall, so the bed is quite spacious.

The location is good, close to Bandung station, there are various places to eat, the ambiance is okay because the location is not right on the side of the main road so it is not too noisy. It's just a bit unfortunate that the bidet water in the toilet is small, even though I tried to turn it on, it still didn't work, several times I found a 'jackpot' and couldn't flush it. Other than that, it's really good, next time I go to Bandung, I want to stay here again.
