The hotel staff was friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. However, the room lacked fragrance and was a bit damp. Please improve the maintenance.

One thing that needs improvement is the timing of breakfast. I only got breakfast at 8:30 a.m., even though I was already preparing to leave for the tourist attraction that morning. If we could prepare it earlier, that would be even better.

In my opinion, paying a million rupiah per night for a room like that isn't worth it. The bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled like sewage, and there were several insects and caterpillars in the bathroom. The trash can was very dirty. There were handprints on the TV screen. The room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but breakfast is only for 2 people and you can't choose the menu. The floor and the bottom of the room have many small holes. In short, it's just not well maintained. Choose a room near the main road, so it's noisy, even at dawn. But it's compensated by the cool, beautiful atmosphere and air because you immediately leave the room with pine trees.

For the price of 1.3, it's not worth it, considering the bathroom is in a 300-plus hotel. There are no towels provided at the start, either. The amenities are truly lacking.

Even though the place is nice, the room smells bad, the toilet has animals, and it's not clean. For Rp 1,000,000, the breakfast of fried rice and noodles is a bit lacking. It's a shame, even though the place is right in the middle of cafes and the atmosphere is nice, but the room is a bit dirty. The blankets and sheets don't look like they've been washed because they smell different. You're right, admin, it's a shame, the location is convenient.

The cabin is non-AC and only has three 20x20 cm vents in the bathroom, and the glass window cannot be opened. So, during the day, when checking in, as soon as the door is closed and you're about to change, it's incredibly stuffy. At night, it's fine, even at 17°C, it's cool without AC. Please add more vents for better air circulation.

Is the parking safe? Is there a cover on top, because my car is dented because it's probably the windy season, so the branches are hitting the car, but the place is really comfortable, only the parking area and the blanket are a bit itchy 😂

The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful, they are quick to respond when you need help getting to the room. The atmosphere is really cool and fresh, the water heater works but the water is not very strong.
