Setiap ke Jakarta saya selalu menginap di Cantik Syar'i, sudah nyaman di sini baik pelayanannya, kamarnya bersih, ramah-ramah kru-nya. Besok tanggal 6 April ini malah sudah booking lagi buat 5 hari ke depan. Sukses selalu ya buat Cantik Syar'i hotel. Semoga berkah dan amanah.

Ini tipe deluxe room city view. Seperti yang dilihat di foto, nyaman, bersih, disediakan alat salat & Al-Qur’an. Smart TV bisa buka Netflix, YouTube, dan lain-lain. Dekat mesjid, Mal Thamcit, Mal PI, Mal GI, Bundaran HI👍. Harusnya check in jam 14.00, tapi karena room-nya sudah ready, diperbolehkan masuk jam 12.00. Terima kasih pihak hotel, semoga berkah hotelnya🤲🏻.

Alhamdulillah...
The room was clean, had a hanging wardrobe, mineral water, coffee, sugar, and a thermos of hot water, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water was flowing, and soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were provided.
To pray, just cross the street; there's a very nice mosque right in front of the hotel.
The service was good, friendly, and there was a 24-hour front desk.
Cleaning staff were available.
Shopping for food was also easy, as there were various eateries around the hotel 24/7.
Thamrin Mall was also close by, within walking distance, and other means of transportation were also available.
Monas was close, Tanah Abang was close, and Bundaran HI was also close...
Laundry services were also available nearby.
In short...
Everything was satisfactory, including the price.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no additional fees...

Friendly staff. The hotel is clean and tidy. The price is worth it. The room is very comfortable. The AC is cold. The hot shower is also on. And a prayer mat and mukena are provided in the room. Android TV. Overall, it's comfortable to stay here. Right next to the hotel is a minimarket, making it easy to shop.

Friendly staff, complete facilities, including an iron, hairdryer, prayer robes and prayer mats, tea and coffee sets, clean, every day the room is tidied up by the staff, towels are replaced, soap refills etc. are provided when they run out.

Everything is good except the non-refundable policy because people can make the wrong order. We ended up ordering twice because we still wanted to stay here. Hotels should have a policy.

Close to everything, clean room, fragrant sheets and towels.
The only downsides are the toilet jet spray is problematic, and there are worms and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location wise is great. But the room could be better.
We arrived around 1am, the bedsheet got stained, towel only one and seems like not really clean(but the following day we got the better one). The toilet totally not ok. Bowl is not clean, water drain jammed, rust dustbin on the floor. We informed the counter on the next day, seems no action taking.
Maybe fair enough with the price paid.
But i will not repeat to staying here.

The room is clean... Affordable price.. Close to places to eat.. Friendly staff, always offered to clean the room every day.. Found baby cockroaches in the room but were able to get rid of them safely.. Comfortable during your stay here, thank you for the service..
