Price is okay. Place is okay. But the shower doesn't work. The clothes hanger in the bathroom is broken. Slippery floor. Be careful for the elderly. No complimentary mineral water. Can the sheets be exchanged for white ones?

booked 2 rooms , 1 family and one deluxe. arrived there and family room all booked out eventhough we paid already to Traveloka. Staff don't know how to solve it. Worst experience at a hotel l have had in Sumatra

The room has AC, the toilet has hot water, the TV has YouTube, Netflix and others. It's really comfortable. Strategic location, only 15 minutes to Ska and Puswil. Next time I'll come here again 🫶🏻

There is one male housekeeper. He is the only one who is good. The rest are like shit. I really don't recommend this accommodation.

Asked for the master key because the key was left inside. The reason was that the key was taken by a guest. The guest was a close person who owned the inn. Isn't that a funny reason? In the end, they asked for money. The employee was wearing a hijab but looked like a con artist. They paid 50 thousand for everything. The room was stuffy and smelly. The AC wasn't cold. Water leaked. I won't stay there again. Oh my gosh

Left the key in the room. Asked for the master key. First pay 50 thousand. Asked Housekeeping to clean the room for another 50 thousand. Even though they told me to clean it at 10 am. When I got home from my activities at 2 am, it still hadn't been cleaned. In the end, it was another 50 thousand. The staff was so arrogant. When I asked them to open the door, they got angry.
