This is actually the 4th time I have ordered TG 16 condomimium carita on traveloka
but this time I was disappointed because
1. the water was off from the afternoon until 7 am
2. the TV was off
the guard was a bit helpful as he carried the water and the beach was nice

The location is very good because it is directly in front of the beach and clean sand, the downside is that the AC in one of the rooms is not cold, only with a fan, there are lots of ants in the room and bed. The kitchen equipment is quite complete, there is a rice cooker, water dispenser, stove, refrigerator.

The cleanliness is lacking, especially in the bathroom, when after taking a shower the water splashes out and is not very clean so the area around the bathroom is muddy... There is no AC or fan in the living room area so it's hot if you gather there.

It turned out that the TV was broken, it was just a display. One room's AC was broken so it was really hot. There was no fan either.

The surrounding environment is okay, the staff is okay, even CS when we complain is okay, just because the water for cooking and bathing as a source of life is uncertain, so the bad mood that should be happy becomes chaotic. Please fix the water, it doesn't flow well and the water comes out uncertainly.

Check in at night, check out can be 1 hour late, the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold, there are people selling near the hotel so it's not difficult if you want to snack on fried bananas, and the fried bananas are delicious.

Very nice view, directly to the beach and close to water sports, rooms with large and cool beds. Complete kitchen equipment and a rice cooker. But unfortunately the room I occupied had a bathroom outside that could not be closed tightly, and there was water seepage from the ceramic tiles so that it created puddles and was dangerous because there were many children and elderly people. Please pay more attention to the maintenance of the villa
