Strategic location. Across from Alfa. It's on the right side of a busy highway in the morning, making it a bit difficult to cross to Alfa/Soto. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and surroundings. Suitable for resting and transit.

It's reasonable for its price and quite close to the city center, so you could go anywhere by walk. For example, visiting Lawang Sewu only takes 15 minutes, and you can hunt for food for your culinary experience, as the hostel is surrounded by food stalls and small cafes, etc. For me, it's worth it.

I have visited Cemara Residence several times. The place is comfortable, clean and suitable for backpackers to stay here. Cool service, check-in is very easy and fast, Fast response, humanity, responsibility, overall it's perfect. Maintain and improve it even more.

suitable for just stopping by with cheap prices and close access to food, snacks/marts, pharmacies, etc. The room and bathroom are quite clean, and there is AC at a price of less than 100k.

I was very impressed staying at Cemara Residence which was so clean and friendly. The very family-like owner made the atmosphere even more comfortable. Thank you Koh and the staff. Next time if I have a meeting around there, I will stay at Cemara Residence again.

The location of the accommodation is strategic, there are many places to eat around it and it is also close to the campus. The rooms are very good, clean, cool, spacious, the mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows are clean and smell good. Recommended.

Very good as a budget hotel, even though the bathroom is external only, but overall with that kind of price you will get a wonderful deal in here like 2 toiletries, 2 proper welcome drinks, friendly owner, strategic location near the heart of the townhall. Across from this place you can get a groceries store, so many benefits that I can't describe. For those who are searching for a budget hotel, this will end your searching.

Friendly owner. No towels and shared bathrooms are provided. No coffee or tea. The floor is not mopped clean enough. There is a TV and water dispenser in the common room. The AC functions normally and is not noisy. The building (2nd floor) is neat and clean. Overall still very satisfying.
