The hotel is child-friendly and definitely sharia-compliant, suitable for Muslim families. There is no music, replaced with murottal which calms the heart.

Exactly on the same day, we were able to check in. It was very sudden and we were about to arrive at the hotel on a long journey from Jakarta to Bandung, suddenly we got an email from the application that the hotel had cancelled my booking due to overbooking. I complained to the hotel, the information came from the application. Long story short, we arrived at the hotel at half past 2 and we complained loudly and were followed up by Mr. Hilman, the hotel manager, probably. We booked 1 family room and 1 deluxe standard room, finally we were replaced with 1 double deluxe room and we couldn't get another room until we waited until 7 pm and finally got the other room. We are still grateful, thank God, because Mr. Hilman, the super best, helped us get a room even though we were very tired, dizzy and wanted to rest. Room 210 is in good condition but a bit scary because the electricity keeps going on and off so the murrotal sound also goes off. Just a suggestion for the throne-like seat in the corner of the bed to be removed because it makes it scary. There should also be more lights in the hotel hallway and in the room with bright lights. For the restaurant during breakfast, the orange juice is delicious, real orange, sambosa and omelette are also delicious. The staff are friendly. Prayer mats, sarongs and mukena are provided in the room so it really helps us as Muslims. Thank you.

The hotel is nice, but the parking is not comfortable.
The room is nice, but the mattress is too hard (outdated) the wallpaper on the walls is peeling and there is mold. The bathroom is nice, but the drainage is clogged so the water stagnates almost outside the room.

MasyaAllah, staying at the Cinnamon Hotel feels cool, especially during the murottal, there is the call to prayer, it feels like being in a hotel in Mecca. The breakfast is also delicious, there is a special menu, the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The check-in was smooth, the front desk staff was nice, the sofa in the lobby a bit shabby and the lobby was dark, the room was spacious but maybe been empty for a while so that carpet a bit smell of dust, requested for additional toothbrush since we were 4 (the room was for 4 people) but they only provided 2 then called the operation for 2 more they responses “will confirm later” and the toothbrush never came and I had to buy it from Alfamart next to the hotel. I don't know what did they mean by “will confirm later”.

Everything is good, comfortable, friendly staff. There is a little input, hopefully it can be fixed, room 502 hand shower in the whirlpool is broken, can not be used, rain shower when used the water sprays everywhere so activities in the bathroom are not comfortable. Thank you.

I really regret just knowing about this hotel, it's really super recommended and very worth it. Clean rooms, clean toilets, the best murrotal, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, the hotel atmosphere is very calm, Islamic, and cozy.
