The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete prayer equipment and a Quran provided. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

I always love staying here. It's comfortable and you can always listen to murottal (religious recitation) non-stop. It's one of the recommended hotels for those visiting Bandung. It's easy to find food nearby, and it's also close to Lembang. All the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.

My first experience staying here was very impressed with the hotel's atmosphere, which was full of murrotal in every room, very relaxing, so there was no creepy feeling. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied even though we stayed on a weekday. Complete prayer equipment was provided. The only thing that was a bit lacking was the lighting in the room. Overall, this hotel is good, recommended👍

The bedroom was okay, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm thanks to the sound of murotal chanting throughout the day. The only downside was that the bathroom floor was already wet when we entered. There seemed to be a problem under the sink.

Assalamu'alaikum, Our family was very happy to stay at Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted with Surah Al-Kahfi and a package of prayer mats, sarongs and the Qur'an. We no longer had to worry about where to pray and where to find prayer equipment. Ambiance/Facilities: The room was very spacious and right in the corner so we could see the view freely. Food: The food served was very delicious, my wife really liked the candil porridge served. Staff Assistance: The staff were friendly and smiling. Highlights: We were greeted with Surah Al-Kahfi and a package of prayer mats, sarongs and the Qur'an. We no longer had to worry about where to pray and where to find prayer equipment. Price: The price is still affordable. Location: Strategic location and at a high altitude so it is still very cool.

We were a large family staying at the Cinnamon Hotel, and they had a Grand Deluxe Twin King room for four. So, we didn't need to book multiple rooms. There was just a slight issue: the bathroom floor was constantly wet. It seemed to be a problem with the sink drain.

Parking is limited, restaurant tables and chairs are few & small, comfortable lobby smells good, checkin & checkout is fast & easy, comfortable room does not smell musty, complete prayer equipment, 24-hour murotal. Only in the room there are baby cockroaches on the floor under the TV, on the glass shelf, and near the bathroom door there is a small hole where baby cockroaches come out. Please maintain cleanliness more.

The staff were friendly from the moment we parked our vehicle until we entered our room. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn't very cool, so please double check.

Masya Allah, the hotel service here is extraordinary, staying 2 days feels less. I slept soundly because there was a murotal that was played continuously. Breakfast was really delicious, thumbs up for the chef, especially the kebuli rice was really delicious 👍👍👍, the service was also very friendly, especially the security. The only drawback is the parking lot and rooftop, maybe the parking lot could be expanded more, please clean the rooftop more often because it's a bit messy seeing the small pool by the pool is dirty with lots of bird droppings. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow.
The hot water was cut off during the day.
The restaurant was cramped, and the swimming pool was more like a fish pond.

The advantage here is that the rooms are large and when we enter the hotel we are provided with Zamzam water, and in the room the murotal is always on as if we were in Mecca, even the sound of the adhan will be heard continuously throughout the hotel, even the prayer equipment is also complete with prayer mats, mukena, Al-Quran, there is also a prayer room on the top floor with a nice view. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is very small.
