Cisarua Indah Cottage

really not nice, got a room with a sofa that was really torn and not impressive. the room was also close to a busy road. the atmosphere in the cottage area is quite nice for walking around.

The comfort of the room is lacking because there is a sound of an engine from nowhere, the facilities are also very inadequate, for example, towels are not available in the bathroom and the wifi signal whose connection is quite far from the room to the receptionist is also not connected. And for the motorbike parking lot, it is very untidy and just lying around, it is recommended for those who want to stay to bring a double lock for the motorbike. the plus point is a cool room without AC Thank you.

Have stayed here 3 times. Highly recommended for those looking for cheap, spacious accommodation with a swimming pool. Access is also easy, close to fast food restaurants and mini markets, and safari.

I booked it a bit too early, got an expensive price but the facilities were lacking, towels were only 50%, breakfast was also 50%, the mattress was old and there were lots of mosquitoes, it was noisy at night because of the sound of vehicle traffic.

hotels and cottages that have long existed in Cisarua Puncak are located on the side of the highway, the air is still cool, the facilities are sufficient for family staycation needs, around there are many places to eat, snack, and near a mini market. for Cisarua Cottage and Hotel, please improve the rejuvenation and maintenance of the accommodation. generally all is good, thank you

Arrived at Cottage Cisarua at 11.30, greeted by friendly hotel staff and allowed to check in early without being charged... wow, that's really lucky, thank you, Sir 😍. Weekend with a price of 500 less than cheap really got 1 cottage big enough for 6 of us with 1 large bed and 2 twin beds just right. When we entered it looked clean and prepared the needs according to the description. The bed is quite soft fragrant only a few black ants. There is a wardrobe and hanger, kitchen and electric kettle there is a dining table. There is a living room Shofa and LED TV. The bathroom is clean only the water tap drips can not be closed tightly, the shower is a bit damaged but can still be used. There are 2 swimming pools for children and adults .. the water is clean after being drained they said. There is a swing park and slide. The access is strategic near Indomaret, pizza, Richeese, d'besto and street food. At night you can go out for culinary snacks. So far for those who want a vacation with an affordable budget, it is highly recommended to have fun with happy children

Place on the side of the main road, clean water

The cottage that I got was like a house that was almost collapsed, not soundproof, the front view was like an abandoned building. Fortunately, all of that could be saved with a location that was easy to get food and others. I ordered one with breakfast but breakfast was at noon at 8, because I had to continue to the recreation area so I didn't eat, even though I was informed that I would check out early and the information would be conditioned. I hope that it can be improved, it would be a shame if it was left like that. Thanks

the inn is a bit old but still comfortable to sleep and relax.. spacious, clean and the hot water works well.. not far from the toll road and not too high but very cool.. near the hotel there is pizza hut and snacks.. have stayed here twice and already plan to stay there again..

The toilet seat did not function properly, there was no drinking water provided as described, the sink tap could not be closed properly and water kept dripping, the main door could not be locked properly, the sofa was damaged (torn).

Two things that made me choose this place are the price & location near Cisarua market. Hopefully it can be improved especially the cleanliness. Thanks.

For children's swimming pools, please clean/brush the floor of the slide area so that it is not slippery or prone to slipping.

Overall, it's really good and highly recommended.

So far it's comfortable. Hopefully everything can be fixed and can be used properly with many facilities. For the price, it's really suitable for a family budget. Awesome.

Really worth it for that price, get 2 rooms with busy road access and close to recreation areas.
