Good hotel. Kind and helpful staff. 5 minutes walking to the beach. Good Wi-Fi for working online. Good breakfast. Family friendly. Pets friendly. There are 2 swimming pools, the roof pool has a nice view.

Very satisfied staying here. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the pool view is directly to Berawa Beach. The hits places in Canggu are also close to everything, it's easy to ride a motorbike. The rental is right next to the hotel.

This hotel is amazingg. The hotel design is superb. The room is so spacious. The bathroom is very clean. The location is so great, near to central canggu area. Walking distance to pantai berawa. We have amazing stays in citadines! Thank you!

Location is an hour from the airport and traffic sometimes quite bad. So have to prepare accordingly. Hotel provides two self laundry rooms - one with 3 machines and another with 8 washing machines. All is nice except the breakfast doesn't have much variety. Infront of this hotel is a free buggy stop in which it comes around every 20 minutes to take you to other locations for shopping, various restaurants and it ends up in the famous FINNS beach club. Nice place to relax and enjoy the hotel pool, massage and the recreational facilities.

The room is clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly, with a microwave, stove, sink, and plates, like a semi-apartment. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The security is friendly. Not many locals stay here, it seems. It's close to the beach in Berawa, but the hotel is a bit far, so it takes time to get back, and traffic is congested. Amenities are by request; on the second day, we received many in one bag. Overall, OK

Had a long stay here in 2023. Loved the proximity to the beach, cafes & interesting shops just a short walk from the hotel. The facilities in the room are complete and the room is clean. It's just a shame this time I got a room with a damp smell. Otherwise everything is OK.

really love stay at Citadines. There are a microwave and electricity stove includes its utensil. A balcony also comfortable to see sunrise. the beach also just walking distance. One suggestion is better to put sign for cleaning in the bathroom downstairs after beaching to clean the sands.

Had a long stay here in 2023. Loved the proximity to the beach, cafes & interesting shops just a short walk from the hotel. The facilities in the room are complete and the room is clean. It's just a shame this time I got a room with a damp smell. Otherwise everything is OK.

really love stay at Citadines. There are a microwave and electricity stove includes its utensil. A balcony also comfortable to see sunrise. the beach also just walking distance. One suggestion is better to put sign for cleaning in the bathroom downstairs after beaching to clean the sands.

saya sudah pesan di receptionis buat bersihin kamar 8301. eh sama mbak receptionis TDK disampaikan. kejadian 25juni2025 sekitar 13.30. saya nginap 2malam kamar tidakdi cleanup. memang saya sebelumnya ada tulisan jangan tekan bel. tapi saya kan bicara langsung sama receptionisnya. percuma dong saya pesan ke mbak reseptionis

Good hotel. Kind and helpful staff. 5 minutes walking to the beach. Good Wi-Fi for working online. Good breakfast. Family friendly. Pets friendly. There are 2 swimming pools, the roof pool has a nice view.
