The location of the hotel is close to the highway.. This hotel is suitable for families because the facilities owned by the hotel are family and kids friendly.. the swimming pool is suitable for toddlers and children who are quite big.. there is a large garden where children can also play and run.. The atmosphere of the villa is indeed a bit gloomy, but not scary and very clean.. The hotel staff up to the cleaning staff level are also friendly, seen from their very friendly attitude and praying for a safe journey.. Breakfast in my opinion is ordinary, not special.. Recommended hotel/villa for family events..

The first time I entered the hotel lobby I was greeted by friendly service, when I saw the area around it was really nice, clean, green and refreshing for the eyes, the area in the cottage was also clean, the swimming pool was also clean, for the 3-bedroom cottage I think the AC is not enough, it should be provided in each room, but the rest is all good, the breakfast is complete, it is also close to the highway, thank you

First time staying here, Alhamdulillah, my family and I are satisfied.
All staff are friendly, supporting facilities at the inn are complete.
The view of the inn is also very soothing to the eyes, both the mountain view and the wide green grass area.
There are 2 things that are lacking in my opinion, first in all the bedrooms there are no door locks (I got inn number C07) & second at breakfast at the restaurant there were no fruits.

(+) Fast check-in process, okay view, nice clean garden, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom.
(-) Playground near room C30 needs to be renovated because it is no longer usable.
(-) The toaster needs to be replaced, it's broken. After waiting for a long time, the bread didn't toast.
Breakfast on April 8th tasted good but for April 9th it tasted Asiiiiiiin, the porridge soup was salty, fried noodles were salty.

Staying at Hotel & Resort Citra Cikopo was very pleasant. The view was beautiful, the place was clean, and the swimming pool was clean even though it was small. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our family really enjoyed staying there. It’s also a great spot for taking photos and making videos. However, the prayer room (musholla) was small and not very clean.
