Hotels in Berau Regency

They block all internet foreign sites except Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. It seems they want to go back to the censorship era. It's funny for the hotel though. The hot water option for shower doesn't work (maybe they don't have it). Location is okay but it 's near to mosque so if you are a light sleeper you definitely will have a problem from the down to the morning.

Clean modern rooms make more happy stay again.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast in the box requested from the evening is right on time (05.30 AM) we must go to the airport-early flight, thank you for the best service that has been provided.

Room was very clean and we like it, windows at each end of the corridor should always be locked, because it would be dangerous to bring small children while watching or playing, the variety of food & service at our breakfast is was very good, maybe it should be balanced with the variety of coffee (single/double espresso, cappuccino, latte) in the future and no additional fees are charged for it at breakfast, and we will stay back for the next trips.

Toilet was not working and had to wait for toilet to be fix at midnight. Service is not up to standard 4 stars
