Hotels in Brebes

I am sorry that I have to said this hotel is so bad. I have requested to have my breakfast at 6.30 am because I need to leave on 7. The staff say yes and they will send it to our room. Until 6.45 no breakfast send to my friend and my room. No clear explanation. The closet is poor, it can't be flushed so I had to wait for being repaired. When I came back to the hotel, my toilet floor was so dirty because of the shoe steps. I didn't get the full amenities, such as slippers (I have told the receptionist). The wifi was poor. My last night, the AC cannot work due to technical issue.

The room could be cleaner. Air-con remote control was not working. Instruction for guest could be better, e.g. should inform that the key to be left at the reception before going out for the room to be cleaned. Wifi was not working. Mineral water was not replenished until asked.

Strength: 1. Affordable. 2. Syariah, means no prostitution. Weakness. 1. Too close to the busy main road. So close, the road vibration can be felt on the bed. Noisy. 2. Water not running, no sower, no teeth brows, cause lack of water.

No water heater in the room and breakfast time supposed to be on 06:00 o'clock not on 07:00 o'clock. Many traveller like me need breakfast like in the other hotel and we are in a rush to have a family wedding invitation that's why need early breakfast.
