Hotels in Karangasem

First, I felt unsatisfied with the service, because they didn’t arrange the booking very professional. I took very long ride to drive there and once I arrived, they told me there is no room and I must move in to another their sister’s hotel company. It wasn’t a warmest and good welcoming attitude to the guest. They gave me the room, that I think is good and looks like the room that I saw on the picture and I forgave them with this complimentary room. The service was good, the view from my balcony was amazing and please don’t expect with fast wifi.. because the signal there was up and down. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. and would love to come back. ps : They have many stairs to go to all the bungalows, so make sure you have a strength leg and love to climb up and down to reach your room.
