Many of the power sockets has no power. Some of the light bulbs is blown. Toilet is smelly. Not enough food varieties to choose from the cafe nor restaurant and the foods are not up to standard, not nice.

Staying at Hotel Elresas was one of the hotels for my business trip, very close and always crowded at AlunAlun Lamongan, the Great Mosque, Lamongan specialty culinary places, souvenir shops and Alfa-Indomart. Fast check in-out process, clean room, friendly and comfortable staff. Thank you Traveloka.

The lobby/front office to check in location is too far away from the room, we need using main road to access it by walk, no help from the staffs to carry my luggage. The hotel should consider create alternative access or move the front. The room is big but really need renovation. The toilet is bad. There is a few choice for breakfast. The location is perfect.
