Hotels in Situbondo

Great customer service by the students (Fillah, Fery, Alexa & Tia) who run the hotel operation (Reservation/FO, F&B, and House Keeping). We were delighted and happy during our overnight stay due to the willingness and hard work from the students to provide the best service for the guests. Just cleanliness of the room needs lots of improvement also the equipment in the room need replacement as they are old, dirty and broken. Overall, we had a nice overnight stay and even made friends with those students who served us. One thing I suggest to the Hotel Manager/teachers to provide a basic and thorough education and supervise the students during their work experience so they can do their job properly especially in the housekeeping and maintenance department. The room is bad, the service is also not good

Well, the hotel is like a run-down inn, with next to minimal facilities. No AC, just a fan, no amenities for the bathroom, not even a towel, and the bathroom is not actually clean as well. If you are looking just for a place to crash for the night, you got a bed, a bathroom, four walls, and a roof. That ' s about it. No breakfast, no nothing. My suggestion would be, sleep, wake up early, and get a better place to stay.

My booking says free breakfast but they insisted to not giving me breakfast. No towel, no toiletries, no blanket, no hot water, no mirror in the room.

The room is quite big and clean.
