The hotel and restaurant are not very accommodating for seniors/retirees. There are no stairs or elevators. The rooms are small.

Very satisfied with my stay here. The service was excellent, and the staff were all friendly. The room was comfortable and luxurious, just like the photos in the app, like a royal room. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kintamani.

The view from the room is amazing. Open the window and you'll see the mountains and lake. The best.

The hotel staff is friendly & kind, can help with the check-in process and lifting luggage or belongings. The hotel is very comfortable with the view of Mount Batur.

Cleanliness of the area needs to be improved. There's a little of flies in the restaurants. Some areas seem not properly maintained.

The hotel is still under renovation, access to the reception and rooms is uncomfortable, because you have to go up and down steep stairs.

Price can't lie. Get a super nice room with a view of Mount Batur which is expensive.

During dinner or breakfast at the restaurant there is a bonfire to overcome the fairly cold air throughout the meal. For those who can't stand the cold, the staff offers blankets. When we stayed in December 2024, the location of the room and hotel were not recommended for the elderly, especially those with problems with their legs, waist, hips or knees because they still had to use quite a lot of stairs, especially going to the room which had to go down slippery stairs and was quite dangerous if you slipped. We arrived at the hotel but there were no rooms. But fortunately the hotel refunded the app price, and the staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the area was full of flies.

Strategically located on the main road. The room is newly renovated, spacious, clean, with complete amenities. The bed is very comfy, and the outdoor view of Mt. Batur and Lake Batur is breathtaking. Ordered food from the restaurant and it was delicious with reasonable price. Such a great stay.
