Smelly. Dirty, creepy, and the bed was dirty. It looked completely different from the picture. It was truly unfit for sleeping. I asked to be moved to a better room, and I even said I'd pay extra, but they said they had no other units available. I booked for two nights and checked out the first night, choosing to stay at the hotel next door.

Room cleanliness needs to be maintained to ensure a pleasant stay and a return. Overall, it's quite good.

The place is quite good, but the AC is bad

The condition is good, but the property is not so good anymore.

Very good and clean, the important thing is that it is cheap, all the rooms are well maintained and this is a Dimares Inn whose service is proven.

The complaint is that the property room is outdated, the bed is outdated. Not worth selling. The bathroom faucet is broken. The kitchen cupboard is removed. It is very bad if it is sold for 350 RB.

The security is annoying, when asked about it they get angry, but the rest is okay.

It's quite tight for ID cards. Then some of the toilets don't work. Neat, clean, comfortable, okay.

Good, clean room, cold AC, digital TV and refrigerator, suggestion: the pillows are not thick enough and there are no bolsters, next time add bolsters.

As for the room, the bed is ok, only the facilities need to be paid attention to, such as soap and toothbrushes, and the toilet water spray needs to be repaired, apart from that everything is good.

Close to the city center, access to anywhere is close. Clean from the outside but once inside the unit it is very uncomfortable, many properties are dirty, damaged, smelly, lack of maintenance. Even though I chose the high price, it doesn't guarantee comfort during your stay, not to mention the swimming pool facilities cannot be used, the reason is that they can only be used by the owner. 🤔🤔🤔. Very unsatisfying😒

(-) Very disappointed, stayed overnight with the intention of resting because I was just in transit. But couldn't sleep all night, the mattress made me itch, dirty and not maintained, the bathroom tap couldn't be closed, moldy, damp, and paid for parking myself, I paid almost 100 thousand for one night, forced to stay here because the hotel next door was full. (+) The best location is just connected to D Mall, but not really because I paid for parking, the AC is cold, the room smells good when I first enter (maybe it's just been sprayed), I can smoke on the balcony and see the view of the market and train tracks, the staff is friendly even though I waited a long time in the parking lot, when I stayed there was an earthquake and I felt it (I immediately regretted it on the 10th floor), there is a dispenser but it doesn't have any contents, there is a mini fridge but it's for display, there is a stove and accessories, there are only 2 elevators and it's also crowded. Oh never mind, don't have too high expectations, if you want to try, just try and find out 😅 I hope the apartment management pays attention, on every door there is a sign that the apartment cannot be rented any bigger, it feels like an illegal refugee 😂.

Jangan ikutin gmaps! Yang mau kesini cukup masuk lewat mall aja. Pastikan tanya sekuriti biar gak bingung parkir nya, ntar kejauhan dari gedung apartemen nya. Kamar nya B aja. Fasilitas nya lengkap, tp gak terawat. Ac nya gk dingin, tp gk kepanasan juga, tp lebih kyk kipas angin rasanya.

The receptionist didn't understand anything and in the end we didn't stay at this hotel, it was such a bad rating.

The room, towels, sheets were clean. There was also drinking water dispenser available. No need to mention the strategic location, near minimarkets and mall.
