The check-in and check-out process was fast, greeted and served very friendly by the FO staff (if I remember correctly, it was Mr. Jerry). The room was clean, the AC worked, and the hot water also ran smoothly. Breakfast was quite varied and the food tasted good. Maybe because there were a lot of guests/limited staff, the food refills took a while.

Thanks for the amazing stay. I never hesitate to stay at the Cordela Hotel when I'm in Jakarta for business, a staycation, or just a layover. This is the first time I've stayed at Cordela many times, and I chose an executive room. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast menu was okay, but the variety could be improved. I even opted for a late checkout to enjoy my room while waiting for my flight. Could you please add a promotion for loyal Cordela customers by data? This will make us feel even more at home and always remember Cordela when we visit Jakarta.

This time I stayed for 2 nights, the location is okay, the staff is friendly, I arrived quite early, was still served and was able to enter the room before 14.00, all my bags were safe, the food was varied and tasted okay, for the room, the facilities were complete according to my needs, the mattress was soft, the towels were not fragrant, for cleanliness it still needs to be improved, the bathroom of the room I stayed in had stagnant water near the toilet.
