Cordela Inn Sidoarjo

From July 2021 until now, always staycation here. The AC is really cold because it's not a center AC.

Very comfortable from the receptionist and everything is very good. Recommendations for friends. Affordable prices and good quality.

When I showered, the soap didn't come out, breakfast was late, it was already 7 o'clock and I couldn't have breakfast.

Just checked in and entered the room, uh, it turns out that the room is like that, the bed still has a lot of hair and the duve/set has lots of spots and a lot of hair is very disgusting. It's still better that the hotels below Cordela are more satisfying and clean, front one class like Cordela in Sidoarjo is still cleaner than front one than Cordela in Sidoarjo.

When I arrived I was told to wait until 15.30. As a result waiting for 1.5 hours. Been waiting for a dirty room with lots of spots. How come it's like an esek esek hotel? Unprofessional. Much different from Cordela Jogja. There is a room deposit too. Anyway, the pool sucks

I was very very disappointed, I checked in at 8 o'clock at night, first the problem was in the room there were no towels, asked the FO to give it, okay, it was delivered, the 2nd one, there was no soap in the bathroom, info from the FO, stuck to the wall, even though it was I checked, there was a soap dispenser, but it was empty, and thirdly, I asked which soap was in the toilet, bro, the duvet wasn't replaced, he said I don't know sir, I came in in the afternoon, he said it had been replaced, and the answer was 'that's the water, sir' , the info is like that, even though it's clear that it's magic, it's used by someone, there are still lipstick marks, and the pillow cover is really dirty, and he still insists that the explanation has been changed, feels like I want to get emotional, the worst is, the mineral has been opened, used to drink, and it didn't take long for me to check out immediately, really annoyed to the point here, and I'm not going to stay here again.

Kamar tidur bagus. Harga lebih murah dari Favehotel.

Kali ini agak kurang puas karena dapat kamar di lantai 1. Untuk bed cover/sprei terdapat sobek, warna sarung bantal sudah menjadi abu dan interior kamar perlu di maintain kembali. Kebersihan mohon ditingkatkan.

Check in lama sekali alasan kamar dibersihkan. Come on!

Hotel yang not recommended jangan disini kalau menginap.
