I can't count how many times I've repeated stays here, besides its strategic location if you're bored of eating out, it's also close to places to eat, laundry, minimarkets, gas stations and others, the hotel staff are very friendly and informative. The facilities are complete, there are minimarkets, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, large parking lots, and others. So it's a regular place to stay every time I go to Semarang😁

Everything was great, clean, and the AC was cold. It's just that the bed is 160x200, hehe. It was a bit small for our family. But all the facilities were great, clean, and the AC was cold.

Overall, it's okay, except the water smells a bit metallic when it's first turned on. The AC is cool, and there's a balcony, so it's not too boring for a staycation. However, the reception could be better equipped during busy times.

The price was commensurate with the condition and size of the room, perhaps because the terrace reduced the space. The bathroom was also too small. Room service was unprofessional, as requests for mineral water, beverages like tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and cups, and toiletries weren't automatically provided the next day (they had to be requested). The amount wasn't automatically increased based on the number of occupants because we added an extra bed. It seems we need to increase the number of staff and create a daily checklist that must be reviewed every morning. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Muladi Dome, Diponegoro University (Undip), where our child was having a graduation ceremony. There's still room for improvement, so thank you all. Good luck Cordova...
