Didn't stay because the AC was leaking, making the floor of the room wet and leaking into the bathroom. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though there was a warning not to smoke in the room.

I booked a room for 3 nights a long time ago, but instead I was given a really bad room, the AC wasn't cold, the TV was a regular TV, and it wasn't very clean. Even though I was always outside, if the quality was like this, it really isn't recommended.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, the hotel environment and rooms are clean and smell good. You can use the gym, swimming pool, bathtub, and drink refills. The only downside is that the TV doesn't work properly, and the windows don't close completely, but that's not a big deal because everything is still comfortable.
Closets, drawers, safe, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The 1st time was perfect. We got big room w/ big bathroom, bathtub, clean sheets, fluffy towels. 2nd time we got very small bathroom where they cramped the shower+toilet together it was hard to move around. Also the toilet smells. The towels were harsh and not absorbing water as well. I booked the same room type for both and there's also no other room options on the booking page, so please tell me what's the reason for giving different room type?

The room is spacious, there is a sofa, comfortable, the AC is cold, the water heater is on and there is a refrigerator too. I just regret the swimming pool facilities which are not well maintained. There is moss in the pool, lots of leaves. It would be nice if it is well maintained… and on the 4th floor leading to the pool, there is an unpleasant smell that is quite disturbing. Hopefully Cove Taman can improve its cleanliness. Overall, it's okay to stay here.
