The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, and there are shared kitchen facilities and a very nice dining area. It's close to the airport, but unfortunately there's no elevator, which makes it a bit difficult to carry luggage. Overall, it's great. Thank you.

just ask for help if check in in two days or more at least every HR must be cleaned and changed sheets etc... Because SM just buy new again.. the staff should always ask the room owner if they want to be cleaned or not.. that's all in my opinion, Because there is a type of person who stays if check in in a room that SM must always be clean and tidy like yesterday.. I don't like messy rooms.. then amenities must always be given every time check in again don't let guests have to ask the staff. and the staff are good and friendly at all times. basically this hotel has valuable value.. Because without agile and responsive employees there will be no good management.. maintain your friendly attitude, thank you.

Booked this for my husband who was getting biometrics for a UK visa. The place is clean and very close to the British consulate. It's also easy to find food. Highly recommended, with competitive prices. 😍

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is close to the airport, the room is clean, the room size is not too big (there is still space for prayer), but it is very suitable for a transit hotel that has adequate facilities at a reasonable price. There are comfortable tables and chairs to open a laptop. Moreover, there are many food stalls around, guaranteed it is not difficult to find food if you are hungry with very affordable prices. It is also close to souvenir shops, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Basic amenities are also available, although there is a lack of water heater, but there is a dispenser near the room on each floor.
