Friendly staff, classic atmosphere...

Clean and cheap and lots of food

There was an electrical noise or something like that from 8 am onwards, which was really annoying, but the room was clean and there was an elevator. Overall, it was okay, but the TV didn't have any channels.

Good if you want to stay here, service and all clean.

In my opinion, this isn't a hotel, more like a daily rental boarding house. - The facts don't match the photos - As soon as we entered, there was trash on the chair in the room - The AC immediately blasted at the head of the bed - Parking was quite difficult - The bathroom had no exhaust and was quite dirty - The room wasn't soundproof at all, noise from outside was very audible - The sheets and pillowcases were far from clean

kebersihan yg sangat super buruk, kasur banyak banget kutu kasurnya, kutu busuk. menghisap darah saya dan membuat saya gatal seluruh badan. saya seharusnya menginap dari tgl 25 - 28 selama 3 malam, tapi saya memutuskan checkout pada hari ke 2 karena saya menemukan banyak sekali kutu kasur. kronologinya pada malam pertama saya sudah merasa gatal2, namun karena saya kira nyamuk saya cuek aja, tapi pada hari kedua saya cek badan saya paginya kok bentol2 seperti difoto. lalu pada malam kedua suami saya menemukan banyak sekali kutu didekat bantal. saya lampirkan beberapa foto sbg bukti. saya kira cove bukan hotel melati, namun kalau begini diberi hotel bintang 1 saja tidak layak hingga malam ke 4 badan saya masih gatal2 dan bentol2 semakin menjalar keseluruh tubuh ☹️ sehingga saya harus memesan obat dikala trip luar kota yg seharusnya menjadi liburan ini.

Parking is a bit lacking. Too narrow, the rest is okay... the service is friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice

The room was actually nice, for the price. However, upon entering, the bathroom was still damp, and it was obvious that someone had used it. This was despite checking in late at night. What was even more disappointing was that the price included breakfast, but there was no information about it until check-out.

The place is clean, strategic location. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here at different times. Thank you

It's a good hotel for a short stay, clean, and easy to find although the road is quite small. The location is good also. My room sink was leaking, though.

Location was perfect but not so clean and the staff service is below standard.

Lost motorbike in the afternoon. Cove Team has been cooperative in helping. However, the security guard is only on duty at night. Please improve the security system.

Always love it here. But it's unusual that yesterday I almost ran out of soap. Netflix had problems, but they were handled well. Will definitely come again.
