Beautifully decorated. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent services by staff. Price is great. Location is in the middle of surabaya. Breakfast: taste was not so great but had pretty wide selection of meals. Parking lot was narrow especially the basement, but they provide free valet to park your car.

Because I had something to do at Adi Husada Hospital, I chose a hotel here because it was quite close. The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom was uncomfortable because the water was stagnant for quite a long time and couldn't be drained directly. The food tasted standard.

I booked the Classy room, and it was indeed spacious, clean, and offered city views from every corner. Plus, I got a free minibar. All my requests for the room I made when booking on the app were met. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Overall, I was so satisfied with my stay, my kids didn't want to leave 😄.
