location is great near to Gundaling Hill, staff friendly and quick respond, this hotel is too old need to do renovation. the cleanliness is poor and the borring part is no wi-fi, no TV channel. we love the weather and water heater is working by schedule. swimming pool cant b used due to bad water condition (so dirty). if you improve all your weakness it would b perfect one in Berastagi

There's no kettle for boiling hot water..there's no tissue or shampoo..there's also a toothbrush..it's hard to even drink coffee..there's no hot water..we're fed up coming here..not again.

The room is spacious and clean... unfortunately, there's no toothbrush provided... and it lacks a water heater... so if you want coffee and instant noodles at night, well, sorry... otherwise, it's very good... the view is very good.

OK place, about 1 km walking from the main strip. Quiet area. The pool was dirty, but maybe just because I visited off-season. Huge spacious rooms. Quite worn. My bed linen had holes in it, but was otherwise nice and clean. Friendly staff.
