came here on a weekday, it was nice and quiet and the service was still okay
the room was clean and soundproof, the hot water was really hot so it was nice to soak in, the outdoor pool was really clean and spacious. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it tasted pretty good (only the fried chicken was a little too salty but still enjoyable)

We rented 2 Deluxe Resort type rooms, unfortunately the size and facilities of the 2 rooms are different. One room is narrower and without a sofa. Unfortunately, both rooms smell musty so it feels stuffy inside. Apart from that, the experience of staying here is very good.
The swimming pool is clean and does not smell of chlorine. The in-room dining price is very reasonable and the taste is also delicious. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious, although only Indonesian dishes are available.
Hopefully the service will be improved.

I stayed in the executive balcony premier type. For that type, I felt comfortable. The room size is spacious, there are bathtub facilities, there is also a balcony for relaxing, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, it is very suitable for a vacation with friends or family. staying in the executive premier room, the view is really beautiful towards the fish pond, plus the atmosphere in Kuningan is super cool.
very lucky to find Jehans Hotel, there is a coffee shop next to the swimming pool which is very comfortable for relaxing so you don't get bored in the room all the time, the swimming pool is aesthetic for taking pictures with family

Staying at the Executive Premier of Jehans Hotel is superrr nyammmaaann!
The food is delicious, the room is big, there is a bathtub and balcony
There is also a coffee shop next to the swimming pool.
If you check in, you get a 20% discount on the coffee shop
Anyway, if you want to stay at Jehans, you must try the executive premier room, the price is affordable with super complete facilities.

Nice hotel, aesthetic, similar to Castel. Friendly staff. Location and place close to restaurant. Unfortunately there is no elevator if you get a room on the upper floor, but coincidentally the family is still okay to climb the stairs. In the hotel you can shop boutiques, buy bags and t-shirts and clothes.

Really regret staying at this hotel, got a horror and scary room, not according to expectations. How is the receptionist? Even though the other rooms were still empty but given a scary and dark room, dim lights. Open the window no light comes in, damp, really not good. The bathroom is also dirty, not recommended if you bring small children.

Executive premier balcony room but got a view of the highway, very noisy when vehicles pass by because it is not soundproof. All night long motorbikes pass by until I can't sleep because I'm startled by the sound of motorbikes.

Booking includes breakfast, but when checking in it is considered without breakfast, when asked to check again the meal voucher is immediately given. The room smells/stuffy. The room key is still primitive (turn key). Advice for other prospective customers: do not book online (for example via the app), it is not considered in this hotel.
