The swimming pool is top-notch, awesome, and it's close to the hot springs.
The coolest 3-star hotel for its swimming pool. And the breakfast is also really good, especially the siomay.

I initially wanted to book directly with the hotel reservations department, but they said there were no discounts or promotions, even though I booked on a weekday. Since there were no discounts or promotions, I ended up booking through Traveloka and got a 10,000 IDR discount.
After that, the reservations department informed me that there was a 10% discount. I tried to cancel through Traveloka, but it didn't work. If they had said there was a 10% promotion, I would have booked directly with the hotel. I had already booked through Traveloka.
- The room was decent during my stay.
- The Wi-Fi signal sometimes had 2 bars, sometimes it was gone.
- There was a 20% discount on room service.
- Breakfast was very disappointing. I thought it was a buffet, but it wasn't. If I had known better, I would have chosen another hotel.
- The staff was quite friendly.
- The swimming pool was nice, but the chlorine/PAC was barely there.
- Room service was okay.
- The security guard was okay.

The strategic location is in the Kuningan area, close to the city center. The staff is friendly and responsive. Perhaps a suggestion would be to expand the breakfast menu to provide more choices, as the food is already delicious.

I stayed for 2 nights. It was very impressive. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent. The food and drinks were quite tasty and affordable. The place was very clean. I brought my two toddlers with me and they were happy. I will definitely come back next time!

It's really comfortable to stay here, especially if you book a room with a bathtub. The room is large, the view is cool, there is a fish pond that can be seen from the balcony, the food is delicious and varied. The type of room I booked was the premier balcony. I suggest surveying the room first so you can choose which view you want. Next time you go to Kuningan, you must come back to Jehans.

Stayed at Jehans Hotel Kuningan in the Premier Balcony room, the room was very spacious and comfortable, suitable for family trips or business trips. The room already has a bathtub at an affordable price under 500 thousand rupiah. There is a balcony so you can relax with a better view! There is a coffee shop next to the pool, the night atmosphere is beautiful, the atmosphere during the day is no less beautiful, so you won't get bored in the room, you can enjoy the air of Kuningan in the aesthetic pool area.
My advice, if you go to Jehans, you must choose the Executive Premier, you won't lose anything.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in process is very fast, it wasn't check-in time yet but we were allowed to occupy the room, at that time we took a suite room type, the minuses are 1. the bathroom is visible from the bathtub, maybe the bathroom glass should be covered with wall stickers for more privacy, 2. the meeting room AC is not functioning properly, maybe in the future the AC should be replaced, otherwise everything is ok, maybe in the future we will stay here again by trying another room type

The AC is noisy, not cold enough, the room is not airtight, when you take a shower the air smells so bad that it can be smelled in the room, the TV screen is bad, it doesn't match the price paid.

executive balcony premier type recommended room type for vacation, the room is spacious, there is already a bethup and balcony for relaxing, the hotel is strategic, the staff is friendly, the food is also delicious, there are many spots for taking pictures. next time I have to come here again. it's a must!!
