Bad. Arriving at the location at 12:00 AM, contact was impossible, the house was tightly closed, and no one opened the door when knocking. Do you intend to open a guesthouse?

They said it was a hotel but like a boarding house, not suitable to be photographed far away, dirty, the bed sheets were dirty like they had never been washed, the first time you entered the aura was scary, gloomy, scary, like an abandoned building, then when you entered the room, the bathroom was wet and smelly, there were several footprints on the mattress and still wet is bad. This is the first time I've found accommodation, I'm like this and I immediately left at the same time.

Hotel apa kandang tikus. Pemerasan tempat tidur bantal dan bed cover nya ga layak pakai. W dah di posisi cape banget perjalanan 12 jam Jakarta-Surabaya. Nambah upgrade kamar nambah nambah pintu. Madih dapet nya juga kaya kandang tikus. Dah malas komplein karena cape. Besok nya mau check out kasur yang w tidurin ke tumpahan air dan resepsionis nya minta uang ke rugian pertama bilang 100rb trus Mbak yang 1 nya bilang 50rb. Mau cari uang tambahan ga gitu cara nya Mbak. Minimal service nya yang baik. W tidur di hotel dri yang mahal sampai yang murah sekalipun ga ada yang modelan kaya gini. Hotel b*bi hotel anj*ng. Mau foto nya aja ga sudi w.

The experience of staying at the cashier's service was good, the water when I got up in the morning wanted to take a shower the water was dead, the room was ok for husband and wife to be comfortable, the television was still a bit confused looking for cenel, the AC was cold good for temporary stays.

Gak niat hotel ini untuk check in aplikasi gak bisa udah nunggu lama. Mas lobby nya juga gak ada inisiatif. Bantu biar check in. Jelek poll pelayannanya gak bisa check in di sini pindah udah lunas gak bisa di refund pula.

Crazy no longer staying at this hotel. Rich sheets have never been taken care of until they turn yellow, the building is dingy, dirty with lots of mosquitoes. In the room there was a cockroach.
