We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff is lacking because when there are guests checking out, the receptionist section is quiet like yesterday, excuse me, excuse me, the staff is quiet, there are only 2 people in a hotel that big.

I stayed in a deluxe room. The room was clean, strategic location with a view of the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the food menu was varied. With family, it is highly recommended. I tried the food at Dedanu Resto, in my opinion it is a bit pricey. Overall the hotel is good, the staff is friendly.
