I really enjoyed my stay at DENZ Express Bintaro. It was a great location, comfortable, and clean. The entire DENZ staff, from the receptionist to the other staff, and even the security guards, were all friendly, humble, and always smiling. I loved it so much that I stayed at DENZ Express for almost a full month. This was our second stay at DENZ Express, as my husband and I had previously stayed for a week.

Security is friendly, the staff is also very kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and complete, there is everything, there is even a smart TV too + Netflix. Wow, the best thing is, the bathroom is clean, complete with toiletries, the AC is really cold, I'll stay here again sometime, oh, the price is appropriate and affordable.

I really enjoyed my stay at DENZ Express Bintaro. It was a great location, comfortable, and clean. The entire DENZ staff, from the receptionist to the other staff, and even the security guards, were all friendly, humble, and always smiling. It's cool, but there were some issues upon check-in. I had to complain for the first 2 hours because the room was noisy, with the AC in room 201 banging. Eventually, I was moved. Due to various reasons, I had to move again, up to 4 times. But the service was very good and polite. Improve communication and room cleanliness.
