Receptionist Ms. Arini was very kind and friendly in her service to guests. The security guard was also quick to assist in the parking area. The only downside is that there's no hotel Netflix account available, so you have to have your own. Thank you🫠

I always feel at home staying at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and fast, without any hassle. The hotel area, rooms, and bathrooms are always clean. The AC is also very cold, the only problem is that the TV is a bit slow. Access to everywhere is also very easy. Please keep it up, the overall experience is top notch!
