De'Ra Hills Camp Kintamani

I recently stayed at De'ra Hills Camp in Kintamani, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. The place is comfortable with a stunning view—directly overlooking the mountains and lake, perfect for healing or simply enjoying nature. The food was also delicious and quite varied, fitting with the cool atmosphere of Kintamani. However, I have a few comments regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms. The water in the bathrooms smelled a bit musty, and hopefully, this can be improved in the future to make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, De'ra Hills Camp remains a worthwhile choice for a staycation in Kintamani.

The water is all very small (shower, sink, closet), the electric kettle is dirty & smelly and not cleaned, the glass door is broken, the jacuzzi water is off in the morning. Luckily the fried noodles are delicious. Hopefully in the future it can be improved for the comfort and satisfaction of guests🙏😬

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the hotel as planned due to difficulties with locating the property. Specifically, the hotel's address was not recognized by online taxi applications, making it impossible for me to arrange transportation to the hotel. I was looking forward to my stay, but this issue prevented me from being able to check-in.

The glamping camp is very comfortable. The views over the mountains and lake are truly beautiful. Oh my God, there's a place to soak in the hot sulfur springs.

The view from the room is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. Only the entrance door is lacking maintenance so many flies come in. The rest is all amazing, the food is also delicious.

Thank you for the best experience. The service and all the facilities are as expected. Please fix the entrance door to the room next time because it was torn so all the flies came in. But overall it was as expected + there was a cute cat that accompanied us ☺ Next time will come here again, highly recommended at this price😊🙏

The staff is very friendly, the food is also delicious and really warm Suggestion: The hot water temperature can be reduced a little/mixed with cold water because yesterday it was a bit hot so I sweated hehe But still 10/10, love it🫶🏻

For the view is very beautiful, but the flies are so many, you can't hang out in front if from morning to evening we are swarmed by flies, even when entering the room, there are so many flies... I booked 2 nights here but wanted to ask for a refund for the last night, the process was long. . if you can stand the flies, it's okay 😅 but I gave up. . even though the view is really nice
