The beach is clean. The hotel is clean, the service is good and friendly... thank you.

When I went there, the AC was off and it was undergoing maintenance for a long time 🙂

I was a little disappointed because the bathroom was a bit smelly, and there were blood stains on the bedsheets, hopefully this can be an evaluation of the hotel.

My first experience at this hotel and WOW.. this is one of the best hotels I've ever been to in the Anyer area. The facilities are standard, there is a swimming pool + access to the beach behind the hotel, but the main point is the service and friendliness of the staff, which is the best, especially Mr. Ahmad from the hotel management who from the beginning of chatting via WA was very friendly + fulfilled our sudden request for dinner. The rooms are clean, the food is very delicious, the place is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, the prices are also affordable.

It was a pleasure staying here, there is a private beach, swimming pool, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the food is quite good, like a 3-star hotel.

The beach has big corals, so the waves are not too strong. It feels safer for kids to play in the waves. Nice sunset.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom areas needs to be improved. And most importantly, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is nice, the Double G is cool.

Overall, it's good. The dinner was affordable and delicious, the AC in the room was cool (it just took a while to cool down), and there's parking. The black sand beach is full of crabs and hermit crabs, making it a great place for kids to play. The pool is chlorine-free and warm, so you don't have to worry about not bringing goggles. However, when I stayed, the hallway to my second-floor room was full of flies, and the door lock was manual, not a card. The dining area is underground, which means there's minimal air circulation, aided only by the AC.

A very memorable hotel for our family. The advantages of the double g in my opinion: 1. Most favorite: staying in an ocean view room, on the first floor. Where besides the front entrance, there is a back exit directly to the pool and beach, Very fun. After swimming, it is easy to just go into the room to clean up, no need to bother climbing stairs and getting wet in the lobby. Want to go to the beach for the sunset or have a beautiful coffee in the pool sitting area is also fun. 2. The check-in process is fast and easy. We arrived around 1 am. Immediately got the key, although the condition of the room floor was still half wet because it had just been cleaned and there was no doormat, but still happy. 3. The staff, although small, is friendly and responsive, starting from security, check-in, equipment, to restaurant staff and lifeguards also looked good. 4. Close to delicious restaurants such as RM Sunset Anyer and RM Seafood 195. So you don't have to worry about your stomach. The hotel snacks are also delicious. We had time to order vegetable fritters and cheese fried bananas, all delicious, the price is affordable. Cons: 1. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest minimarket, so make sure you bring enough supplies before arriving. But if you're hungry, there are lots of delicious seafood restaurants with affordable prices around the hotel. 2. The Wi-Fi is slow. 3. The room cleanliness is lacking, the curtains are dirty as if they've never been washed, the bathroom toilet also looks like it needs to be replaced because the seat is peeling. 4. The swimming pool cleanliness is lacking, but it's understandable because maybe after playing from the beach straight into swimming so there's sand deposits. It's not that dirty though. The water is also just right, not too cold, making swimming comfortable. 5. Breakfast variations are very limited, but the menu available is quite delicious. 6. Breakfast for children aged 6 years and above costs IDR 50,000 per person. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements from the less than satisfactory reviews because my family and I will definitely return to the double g resort 🥰

Overall it's okay to stay here, I chose it because of the modern building and interior. Direct access to a safe beach. The disadvantages: The reception staff are not very friendly, do not provide clear information, are stingy with smiles, and have no empathy at all when I told them that my child fell because the AC was leaking. The AC in the room leaked so there were water droplets in the room, my child fell & until checking out no AC technician came. At breakfast, children 2 years and above were asked to charge for food, even though other hotels have an age limit of 10-12 years. The taste of the food is very ordinary and the choices are also limited. The swimming pool looks shabby so the children don't want to swim, luckily there is a beach. The facilities on the beach and still part of the hotel (stairs, swings, gazebos, paths) are not well maintained, there is a lot of moss so it is slippery.

(+) Very nice place for relaxing and spend time here, seeing sunset and hear the ocean very very calming in here, a lot of photo spots here also.(-) AC not too cold and hot in the daylight, swimming pool needs to be oftenly maintained and cleaned, water for flushing WC also looks dirty.

Disappointed with the restaurant which is underground but the AC is not on (only 1 is on near the buffet). I have told the staff to turn on the AC but they said it was being repaired, it's a bit strange especially since I came during a long holiday and the rooms were full, why wasn't it prioritized for repairs earlier so that the service was maximized. During the meal I felt stuffy and sweaty, making me uncomfortable and wanting to leave the restaurant quickly.

I wrote it in full on the map, the gist of it is that the hotel is not well managed, but the employees are friendly, the rest is minus because there are not enough employees, so it is not clean and tends to be careless.

I've been here many times and it never disappoints..RECOMMENDED

The mirror above the pantry is dirty and the balcony is also dirty, the curtains are dirty.

My conclusion is only one, change the management completely, it's similar to Motel Melati 1, not recommended at all.

Actually, it's really good, just lacking in the breakfast menu. - Book a room with a stove, it's complete with cooking utensils, it's really good to just buy shrimp and squid nearby. - Private beach and swimming pool that is suitable for children, especially toddlers.
