Stayed 1 night at D'Palma Hotel, given room 517 on the corner of the 3rd floor with a street view, the room is spacious, clean, cool, the service is also friendly, next time I go to Bandung, I will definitely come here again, the hotel is highly recommended, it is close to everywhere too.

- Comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-maintained room.
- The towels provided had a lot of other people's hair on them. They were dirty, but they were presented as clean.
- The AC was directly on my head while I slept, so I couldn't swing it.

It was comfortable. But I was disappointed. I had already ordered a queen-size room but was given a double bed because they were out of stock. Plus, they even had to leave my ID card with the co. The AC was really noisy.

please pay more attention to the cleanliness. because it is very dirty. luckily the staff is responsive and helpful. the others are already good. only for the cleanliness it could be cleaner. there are still cockroaches and thick dust.

At night - early morning, the neighbors in the room had a big fight until they heard physical contact, couldn't sleep. The hot water was late and had to be turned on for a long time, the electric kettle wouldn't turn on.
