It's a perfect accommodation when we have to catch our morning flight as the location is very strategic. The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

The location at terminal 1A is very strategic. The hospitality is good, there is someone to help you carry your baggage to the lobby on the second floor. The room is okay, enough for a rest.

Room is small but sufficient for sleeping to await next flight. Kitchen open 24 hours and the food just OK.

Pretty decent but comfortable enough if you need a few hours rest before your next flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. My comment is on the size of the bathroom (too small!). Also, I didn't know that the skytrain service stops at 9pm, my gate was at terminal 3 and check-in time was at 10pm, so I had to call a cab to get to terminal 3 from the hotel in terminal 1A. So, I ended up paying more than I planned to. This hotel is recommended if your flight is still within the skytrain service hours.

This accomodations is perfect for the transit Pax. The location is near from the Airport. Hotel crews were very humble & friendly. Room was clean & comfortable.

When we arrived we found out that we accidentally booked our reservation on the wrong date. The staff was very helpful and contacted Traveloka to change the date for us 🙏. The hotel is fine and the price is reasonable for an international airport location.

First of all I have to mention: stairs! You have to take steps and steps of stairs to reach the lobby. If you're traveling with someone who need assistance walking (and you can't carry them), please look for other hotels. But the hotel itself was okay. We were a bit disappointed with the size and the absence of a window considering the price but hey, we're only staying for a couple of hours and we don't want to take shuttle from outside so this is the best we can get. And over time I realized that they actually provide all the basic necessities you commonly find in normal hotel and they're super clean. So I guess it make up for the room size and stairs.
